Good evening, Panther Family! This is Principal Curry with your weekly updates, and we’re so excited to welcome our scholars back tomorrow for the first day of school!

🚗 Car Riders: If your child is a car rider, please arrive no earlier than 7:00 AM. Our doors will open at 7:05 AM, and the tardy bell rings at 7:25 AM. For safety, we ask that students remain in the car until our greeting staff arrives to help them in and out.

👶 Kindergarten Families: You’re welcome to park in the top lot and walk your child to class on Monday and Tuesday. You may escort them to the classroom door, give a warm goodbye, and then our teachers will guide them to their seats to begin their day. Starting Wednesday, we kindly ask that all kindergarten students be dropped off in the car rider line like our older students. Drop-off will take place in front of the Specials Hall.

🏫 Need Help? If you need assistance during drop-off, please come to the front office foyer, and we’ll be happy to help.

🚌 Bus Riders: Please make sure your child is at their bus stop at least 10 minutes early. Students in grades K–3 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at both pick-up and drop-off. In the afternoon, a parent or guardian must be at the stop 10 minutes before the scheduled arrival time to receive your child. For safety reasons and per GCS policy, children under 4th grade will not be allowed off the bus without a supervising adult present.

🕝 Dismissal & Early Pick-Up: School ends each day at 2:10 PM. If you need to pick up your child early, please do so before 1:45 PM. After that time, we begin our end-of-day procedures to ensure a smooth and safe dismissal.

🪪 Picking Up Students: Please have your ID ready when picking up your child. If someone else will be picking them up, send a note with your child in the morning or contact your child’s teacher via Class DOJO or email with identifying details. For safety reasons, we cannot verify identities over the phone.
